Terms of Use
This translation is provided for reference only. The official content shall be governed by the Japanese version, which prevails.
These Terms of Use (hereinafter, the “Terms”) set out the conditions governing the use of VIARA (hereinafter, the “Service”). Members are asked to use the Service having agreed to these Terms.
Article 1 (Scope of Application)
These Terms set out the conditions governing the use of all services provided by VIARA (hereinafter, the "Service"). By completing membership registration, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
Article 2 (Definitions)
The terms used in these Terms are defined as follows. ・"Member": a person who has passed the Service's admission screening and completed membership registration ・"Setting": an introduction between members arranged through the Service's concierge ・"Concierge": a staff member of the Service responsible for supporting members
Article 3 (Admission)
A person wishing to join shall apply by the method prescribed by the Service and undergo screening. Depending on the result of the screening, admission may be declined. The detailed screening criteria will not be disclosed.
Article 4 (Fees)
The Service's fee structure is as follows. ・Membership fee: 300,000 yen (tax included) — valid for life ・Setting fee, Standard: 55,000 yen (tax included) ・Setting fee, Platinum: 132,000 yen (tax included) ・Female members: entirely free of charge There are no monthly costs or annual fees whatsoever. A setting fee arises only when a match is established.
Article 5 (Payment)
Payment may be made by bank transfer or PayPay. When a setting is confirmed, please make payment, as a rule, by the day before.
Article 6 (Cancellation and Refunds)
Cancellations for reasons attributable to the customer after a setting has been confirmed are, as a rule, non-refundable. However, if the other party's profile information differs markedly from the registered details, the meeting may be dissolved. In that case, out of consideration for the other party, you will be asked to pay a preparation allowance of 10,000 yen.
Article 7 (Membership Eligibility)
Use of the Service is limited to persons who satisfy all of the following conditions. ・Male members must be 20 years of age or older; female members must be 18 years of age or older ・Persons who do not belong to any organized crime group, are not members or affiliates of such groups, and do not belong to any other anti-social forces (including those who have belonged to such in the past) ・Persons who are able to comply with these Terms and related laws and regulations For age verification, we ask you to present official identification at the time of admission. If a false declaration is discovered, membership eligibility will be revoked immediately.
Article 8 (Members' Obligations)
Members shall observe the following. ・That there is no falsehood in their registered information ・To respect the privacy of other members and not to disclose personal information to third parties ・To observe social manners and conduct themselves with restraint ・To cooperate with the instructions and advice of the concierge ・Not to engage in any act contrary to laws and regulations or to public order and morals
Article 9 (Prohibited Conduct)
Members shall not engage in the following acts. ・Acts that violate the Anti-Prostitution Act, and any other promise of an exchange of money for the purpose of sexual consideration ・Soliciting or coercing a relationship conditioned on an exchange of money between members ・Disclosing on social media or elsewhere information about other members learned through the Service ・Violence, intimidation, defamation or stalking against other members ・Acts that damage the credibility of the Service ・Coercing a direct exchange of contact details without going through the concierge ・Use for the purpose of sales, solicitation, religious activity, multi-level marketing, investment inducement or the like ・False declaration regarding the membership eligibility set out in Article 7 ・Any other act that the Service judges to be inappropriate
Article 10 (Withdrawal)
A member may withdraw at any time. If you wish to withdraw, please contact us via LINE or by telephone. There is no penalty whatsoever associated with withdrawal. However, membership fees already paid are non-refundable.
Article 11 (Compulsory Withdrawal)
The Service may revoke membership eligibility without prior notice if a member breaches these Terms, or if the Service judges that the member is causing an impediment to the operation of the Service.
Article 12 (Disclaimer)
The Service bears no responsibility whatsoever regarding relationships between members. Any trouble between members after a setting shall be resolved between the parties themselves.
Article 13 (Handling of Personal Information)
Members' personal information will be managed appropriately in accordance with the Service's Privacy Policy.
Article 14 (Changes to the Terms)
The Service may change these Terms as necessary. The revised Terms shall take effect from the moment they are posted on this website.
Article 15 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
The interpretation and application of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan, and the Tokyo District Court shall be the court of exclusive agreed jurisdiction of first instance for any dispute relating to these Terms.
